faulty tablet sauna door
The in-room tablet kept showing a low battery message and shutting off. it stayed on charge, but it did not work properly. the sauna was not very hot. The door did not close properly. i thought it affected my experience. I felt let down.

admiring stay!
warm welcome suite upgrade relaxed check-out
my experience began with a warm and easy arrival, a nice staff escorted me to check-in. the check-in team upgraded my signature room to a duplex suite on the 8th floor. the suite was fine, it smelled amazing and felt luxurious. i really appreciated a 2pm late check-out, the next day felt so relaxed.

the spa area is excellent, it is calm and beautifully designed. the gym is well-equipped, modern, and maintained to a high standard. access to the tube is easy, as is st paul's.

The breakfast service impressed me. It offered fresh food and a great variety. Atsede provided warm hospitality. Harshi gave attentive service.
The soundproofing in my room seemed inadequate. I found no drinking water upon arrival. The front desk informed me the hotel lacked stock.
